The base cost of a residential real estate shoot is based on the square footage of the home. Each shoot can be enhanced with an assortment of add-on session options.

With so many combinations of options available, creating a price list becomes difficult and would be confusing to read. Instead, try going through the booking process without actually booking. This will allow you to see how the price of a shoot fluctuates as you change the square footage, and add or remove options.
Read this paragraph and the next, and then click the Book Now Button at the top of this page. Once clicked, a new window will open and you will be taken to the Real Estate Photography Booking Form, the first page of which has a few basic details. At the bottom click Check Schedule and Book. Select a date and time. You will then be presented with your Session Options. Select your square footage, and then begin adding and removing options.
The price of your custom shoot (located at the top of the Session Options List) changes as you add or remove options.

Off Camera Flash
Standard on all real estate bookings.
Color Cast Removal
Photograph a room with beige walls and a beige carpet, lit by a large window or camera flash, and anything white in the room (ceiling) is going to turn beige as well. Color casts are removed standard in post production.
Aerial Photography
Add something a bit extra and take your listing up a notch with a eye opening aerial hero shot of the front facade of the home, normally taken at roughly 20 – 30 feet in elevation.
This particular image was shot with a drone, and was additionally converted into a Day to Dusk image for extra impact, perfect for the listing cover image.
