Once a clear comprehension of your project is clearly understood, Aric will email you a precise quote of the image license to be produced.
Next, we look at the weather forecast and based on availability we pick 2 dates: a “priority” date and a “rain” date in the event the weather at first doesn’t cooperate. Aric only schedules one shoot per day to ensure your project receives his undivided attention.
Aric makes a point of being flexible, professional and collaborative, addressing any obstacles prior or during the photo-shoot as a challenge to be solved creatively, not by charging extra fees.
On the day of the photo-shoot Aric recommends you, or a representative, be present. Aric will ask you to provide a shoot list with all the elements you want captured, but being on site will give you an extra edge to curate all aspects which are important for you.
Proofs for your review will be presented in 2 working days. The final high-res files will be ready for download within 2 working weeks.
Aric understands entrusting your project to a photographer with someone you’ve never worked with before represents a leap of faith. For this reason Aric grants his first time clients the option of not being charged should they not be satisfied with his delivered artwork.
